Coach for Purpose-Driven Leaders

I’ve always been a coach at heart—my first memories are of coaching my friends, and every career test pointed me in the same direction. After over 20 years working in corporate cubicles across banking, education, and healthcare, I finally listened to the message: coaching is where I belong.

Now, with a B.Commerce, a Master’s in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, and a toolkit packed with certifications (PCC ICF, Enneagram, Dare to Lead, PROSCI, Lean Black Belt, YTT Yoga), I help purpose-driven leaders reconnect with their authentic selves and transform their work and lives.

I love this work, I love

  • The art and science of coaching
  • Navigating the twists and turns on the path to goals
  • The ripple effect coaching has on individuals, teams, and communities
  • Constantly growing and adding to my coaching toolbox
  • Learning from and with my clients

You could say I’m a coaching junkie and while I've always known that, it took me a while to really embrace and accept it.

Parts of My Path

Age 19

Paused school to travel Israel & Thailand.

with my bestie to expand my horizons, meet new and interesting people, pack apples on a kibbutz and savor endless falafel.

Age 22

Blazers, heels and 30 minute lunch breaks.

Amidst traveling and getting educated, I found myself in every traveler's dream: Banking. I remember my dad asking me if I would take out my nose piercing while at the office…..I did not. I started as a Business Analyst and left as the Manager of the Project Management Office

Age 32

Ditched Chinese Medicine.

I loved studying Chinese Medicine and quickly realized it was not the career path for me. I took another role inside an Organization. This time it was Post Secondary Education within the Information Technology and Strategy Function. It aligned with my values and was an amazing organization so why not! I went from Project Manager to Organization Development Consultant.

Age 39

Followed my heart full time into coaching.

As I changed jobs this time into HealthCare, I focused more on change management, coaching and leadership development noting that no matter how advanced the technology or how efficient the processes are, it's the people who make it all work. They call it “the soft stuff”, it’s actually the tough (and most important) stuff. I was trained and certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and am ICF Certified

Age 20

Found a way to meet my needs and my parents' expectations.

My parents wanted me to come home and “get an education”. I wanted to keep traveling. I found a degree that allowed me to do both while working and building my resume. I did co-op exchanges in different cities ( Toronto, Auckland NZ,)  and did an exchange in Sweden. Pretty AWESOME!! Started my professional career in Banking.

Age 29

Left a "dream job" to study Chinese Medicine.

Yup, another cliché. At 29 I had an amazing job with one of Canada’s top employers. Great benefits. Great vacation. More money than I needed and a fantastic team to work with. Something wasn’t right. It was all perfect on paper but not in MY reality. I left and studied Chinese Medicine.

Ages 34-36

Woooo hoooo! Did it again. Work, learn, travel- Masters in Organizational Development.

California, France, China, Costa Rica, Japan. From processes and project plans to people. I got a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, was Certified in PROSCI Change Management, became a Lean Black Belt and Hudson Certified Coach.
