Hi, I'm Elaine!

And I’m Bram Parker, Silly Sally, Yolanda, and Yaine. These personas make up my inner committee, each playing a unique role in how I lead, connect, and grow.

For years, I compartmentalized my personas—Bram Parker led at work, Silly Sally thrived on weekends, and Yolanda only came out in yoga classes. I felt fragmented, like I couldn’t bring my whole self to any one area of my life.

When I discovered the concept of the inner committee, it shifted everything. I learned how to listen to all parts of myself, bringing forward the right persona for the right moment.

And now I’m sharing it with you.
